Pricing: I acknowledge that all quoted grooming prices are estimates and may vary based on my dog\u2019s coat condition, temperament, and specific grooming needs. Additional charges may apply for services requiring extra time or specialized care.

Matted Coats: I understand that grooming severely matted dogs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Skin irritation or injury during the removal process.

Discovery of underlying health issues once matting is removed.

Uneven hair growth or potential failure of hair to regrow in certain areas.

I release Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC from any liability associated with these risks.

Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency during grooming, I authorize Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC to seek immediate veterinary care for my pet. I agree to be responsible for all associated veterinary expenses.

Photographs: I grant Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC permission to photograph my pet before, during, and after grooming sessions. These photos may be used for record-keeping, promotional materials, and social media content.

Payment: I agree to pay in full for all grooming services at the time of pickup.\u00a0 Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Credit\/Debit, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp.

Injury and Medical Expenses: I agree to notify Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC immediately if my pet sustains any injury or exhibits signs of illness following the grooming session. Any negotiations regarding medical expenses will be discussed directly between Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC and me.

Cancellations and No-Shows:
To respect the time reserved for each pet and client, appointments canceled with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice or missed without notice (no-call\/no-show) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked with Bark & Bubbles Pet Spa.

Late Pickups:
To help maintain an efficient schedule and minimize stress for pets, Bark & Bubbles Pet Spa will send a pickup notification approximately 20 minutes before your pet\u2019s grooming appointment is complete. Clients may request a longer pickup notice if needed.

Unless a longer notice period has been requested and approved, pets must be picked up within 15 minutes of the completion notification, providing a total pickup window of approximately 35 minutes from the time the notification is sent.

Pets not picked up within the designated pickup window will incur late pickup fees as follows:

* $10 for every additional 15-minute period or portion thereof
* If the late pickup does not reach a full 15-minute increment, a $5 fee will apply
*After hours pickups will be charged $5 per minute for any pickups that are after our regular business hours.

Vaccinations: I confirm that my pet is current on all required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, bordetella, and parvovirus. Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to grooming.

Aggressive Behavior: I agree to inform Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC of any history of aggression or behavioral issues with my pet.\u00a0 Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service if my pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.

Personal Items: I understand that Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left with my pet during grooming (e.g., collars, leashes, toys).

Liability Waiver: I release Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC, its owners, and staff from any liability arising from my pet\u2019s grooming session, except in cases of proven negligence.

Health Conditions: Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC reserves the right to decline service to any pet if a health condition is deemed to pose a risk to the pet\u2019s safety or the safety of others. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to: contagious illnesses (to humans or other animals), pregnancy, nursing mothers, torn ACLs, spinal injuries, or any other medical issue that may compromise the pet\u2019s well-being during grooming. Owners are required to disclose any known preexisting health conditions at the time of check-in. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept this policy and hereby release Bark and Bubbles Pet Spa LLC from any liability related to undisclosed or preexisting health conditions.
